This policy explains what personal data Optimised Publications collects, why, and the rights you have over it. We collect as little as possible and never sell it.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you request the free protocol or subscribe. This is used to deliver the protocol and to send occasional related emails you can leave at any time.
• Purchase information, if you buy a book. Payment and order data are collected and processed by Gumroad, our checkout provider, under their own privacy policy. We do not see or store your card details.
• Anonymous usage statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and does not use cookies or fingerprinting, and does not track you across sites.

Why we use it

To deliver what you asked for, to run and improve the site, and, with your consent, to email you about the series. Our lawful bases are your consent, for marketing email, and legitimate interests, for running the site securely.

Sharing

We use Gumroad for checkout and delivery, an email provider to send the protocol and newsletter, and Cloudflare for hosting and analytics. Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell your data or share it for others' advertising.

Retention

We keep your email for as long as you remain subscribed. Unsubscribe and we remove you from the mailing list. Gumroad retains order records as required for its own legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, or that we stop using it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Every email carries a working unsubscribe link. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below.
